What Is

REVO RT Loop is a multi-zone PID controller designed for modular rear/back-panel installation. It can operate independently or communicate with a PLC for supervision, setpoints and monitoring.

Energy & load management (system-level)

In multi-zone heating systems, coordinating control and monitoring helps stabilise thermal behaviour and supports smarter operating strategies (e.g., coordinated warm-up, consistent zone performance, faster fault isolation).
Note: integrate with appropriate power drive units (thyristor/SSR) as required by the load and zone current.

How

REVO RT Loop manages heating via logic (SSR) outputs connected to external drive units. Temperature feedback is acquired via thermocouple or analogue inputs and controlled using PID hot/cold strategies.
